Important Guideline on Registration

we request registration as soon as possible to help us plan the various components of our services for the ASEACCU 2017 Conference.

Phase 1 of registration

Each Institution assigns a coordinator to create a username and password to register on behalf of all participants in 3 categories (Student Camp, Campus Ministry Workshop, Faculty Conference). The institutional coordinator may or may not attend the ASEACCU 2017 events, but is the responsible individual submitting all required information. We request member institutions to register their participation through one coordinator who can upload all information on our registration system. We would like the institutional coordinator to possibly complete the registration process on or before June 15, 2017

We request the following information:

1. Name of institution

2. Country

3. Contact Information

4. Login Registration

5. Number of Participants

    A. For Student camp

    B. For Campus Ministry

    C. For Conference

Phase 2

The institutional coordinator uses the username and password that he/she created in the phase 1, login to register in phase 2 and fill in all required information by the registration process then click on Add/New button to fill the participant information.

We request the following information:




Passport No., Expiry Date

Address and contact information (Please ensure validity of passport for at least 6 months for purposes of visa acquisition)

Dietary Information

Emergency Contact Information

** Do not click on Confirm All button if you have not finished on adding all participants and required information. Click the Confirm All button only you have finished adding all participants and completed all information. **

Please ensure that you complete fee payment through Swift Bank transaction, so that we could then facilitate the visa letter at the earliest.
